Oh what the hay – paint tall glasses in front of them…
He he he Dixie, that sounds like a cool idea.
Hi Vinodini, I had a very similar discussion with my childhood friend yesterday. She also mentioned that one has to keep doing the thing one likes to do. Practising is very very necessary. Thank you for the post. It comes at the right time, when I could use some motivation.
You said it. Practising is very vital for any activity, if one needs to pursue it wholeheartedly. Hope you found this post helpful.
Comatose canvas indeed! Lets hope the creativity starts flowing very soon and we get to see the masterpieces soon 😉
Yeah, the canvas is still in coma 🙂 I'm hoping too to see it taking life soon someday 😉
May that someday comes real soon, Vinodini!! Looking forward to the completed painting here soon!
A great message today 🙂
Yes, Shilpa, I hope to post the finished painting here someday 🙂
Wonderful post. 🙂
Please do complete the painting and let us have a look at it here. Wish you luck! 🙂
Thanks Dipanita. I'll try and sure will post it here the day its done 🙂
She seems to be the forgotten 'heroine' when the whole world is basking into Ram-Sita glory. Happy that authors are exploring those 'unsung heroes'. Would love to read the book:)
What? Which book Vishal? Oops…am I missing out something here? There's no book but an unfinished painting of mine. If you're referring to the canvas as an analogy to a book then I'm afraid I didn't mean it that way…it sounds interesting though!
I wish that someday comes soon for you, Vinodini. Loved that quote by Maya Angelou. So very true.
*Shantala @ ShanayaTales*
Thanks Shantala. I wish so too. Soon 🙂
I had the intuition at the very beginning that this post was about you Vinnie (knowing you are an artist)! 😉 I do hope you do return to it and know that your creativity is not used up nor will it ever be! I love Maya Angelou's quote on that: so appropo! 😉 <3
Great post Vinodini!
Do return to it like you mentioned above..once you start again, there will be no looking back..let the creative juices flow and fill your heart with happiness of your creation 🙂 Good luck! Post a pic of the painting as soon as it is done – would love to see it too 🙂
