These few things, if done properly, can keep us sane! Thank you for sharing these pointers. I hope I can implement them from this very moment itself 🙂
Pleasure sharing, Mithila. Wish you luck in implementing them. They're not that tough to adhere to actually.
A superb list. Enjoying each moment I think is the secret of life.

very wise words there. I specially liked the point about let bygone be bygones. It doesn't make sense to hold a grudge for years… just let it be. Beautiful post 🙂
Thanks Raj. Yes, I don't understand why people hold on to negative emotions and hurt themselves. It's pointless.
Very nice and valuable one.Thank you for reminding. us the value of life.
Pleasure, Geetha.
Loved the list. Esp. the travelling part and the sharing happiness one. What a positive way to end the Barathon!
Yeah, thanks Uma. Nothing beats travel, and a little bit of sharing, right?

How well you have put across these pearls of wisdom! You are so right about mindfully living our life, giving time and love to our dear ones, prioritizing our health…..and smelling the roses along the way! Loved your posts through Barathon Vinodini and I am glad to have found your delightful blog. Hope to stay connected. Cheers 🙂
Aww…thanks Kala! I'm glad I found you through this challenge. I love what you write and I'm happy that this post resonates with you. Hugs.
These are wonderful nuggets of wisdom. I can so much relate to the point to spend some time with parents and in-laws included. I have realised as they have grown old, they just want their children to hear them out and their life stories. It doesn't take much on our part to do so.
Yes, Anamika. Parents do look forward to spending time with their children. I guess the day we become parents this understanding seeps in deeper.
Also, if not today then when? We spend too much time worrying about the little things and we end up being held back from actually living. Great article.

These are good tips and I practice many of them but still, sometimes feel lost! But there’s always another way that probably I am not looking at!
